With Halloween coming up soon, Mondo has now revealed a new statue of Batman that shows what the Caped Crusader might look like if he enjoyed drinking blood and staying out of the sun.
The Batman Red Rain statue, as it’s called, is inspired by a poster made by Francesco Francavilla (via Game Informer). That poster itself was based on the DC Comics Elseworld series, which saw Batman confronting Dracula and morphing into a vampire as a result.
The $250 statue, which is made of polystone, stands 15″ tall. The vampiric Batman has fangs and red eyes and is shown standing ominously over a Wayne tombstone with a coffin of skulls nearby. It goes on sale in the second quarter of 2017 (April-June).
A $255 version that also has a wooden stake exclusive to Mondo is available for preorder now, but only for a period of 72 hours, ending on Friday, October 14, at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET. Go to Mondo’s website to learn more.

This isn’t the first new take on the famous Batman look, as Square Enix’s Play Arts Kai toyline also has a version of the famous crimefighter (see more below). Square Enix also made toys based on Batman’s enemies, including The Joker and Two-Face.
