Blizzard has provided new details on World of Warcraft‘s upcoming 7.1.5 update, and specifically its new Timewalking content.
Having previously discussed the feature back at BlizzCon, a new blog post outlines where players will be returning to. Temple of the Jade Serpent, Stormstout Brewery, Shado-Pan Monastery, Mogu’shan Palace, Siege of Niuzao Temple, and Gate of the Setting Sun are all coming as destinations when Timewalking. Blizzard said these bonus events will be available every few weeks and will operate like those in other areas, including Outland and Northrend. You’ll need to be at least level 91 to participate.

New rewards also available through a Timewalking vendor, Mistweaver Xia, who’s been added to the Timeless Isle. In exchange for Timewarped Badges, you can get mounts, pets, toys, and other goodies. Blizzard notes it’s the first time pets have been available from Timewalking Bonus Events. The two that are available–Infinite Hatchling and Paradox Spirit–feature a new pet battle ability, Temporal Anomaly, that reduces the other team’s speed.
Partaking in these Mists of Pandaria Timewalking events also serves as an opportunity to earn reputation with Pandaria’s factions, opening the door for more rewards you might have missed out on previously.
During these dungeons, your overall power and defense will be scaled down to match the proper level for Heroic versions of them. Despite that, loot drops from bosses will scale to your actual level, going as high as item level 830.
