Amazon has announced an upcoming daylong sale on digital goods, including games, that will take place later this week.
Known as Amazon Digital Day, you’ll find discounts up to 50 percent off on “over a thousand TV shows, movies, music, apps, mobile games, ebooks, and more,” including Comixology comics. A promotional page shows Destiny: Rise of Iron, Fallout 4, Cities: Skylines, Saints Row IV, Skyrim: Legendary Edition, and Dragon Ball: Xenoverse among the games that will be on sale.

Neither a full list of items nor any specific prices have yet been announced. The sale kicks off at 12 AM PST on Friday, December 30, ending at the same time 24 hours later.
Save for daily deals on Xbox Live, the ongoing Xbox, PSN, and Steam sales all run until after that date. If you’re feeling patient, it may be worth waiting until Friday to see if any games you’re on the verge of buying are cheaper through Amazon.
