Horizon Zero Dawn, the next big PlayStation 4 exclusive from Killzone developer Guerrilla Games, is almost here. Sony today released a new trailer that reveals precisely when the game will be available to download from the PlayStation Store.
The action-RPG unlocks at 9 PM PT on Monday, February 27, which comes out to midnight ET on February 28. Additionally, Sony confirmed today that pre-loading begins 48 hours ahead of launch (via DualShockers).
Earlier this week, Sony talked about how Zero Dawn has the potential to become a new franchise for the company. Additionally, Sony believes main character Aloy, who is inspired by the Game of Thrones character Ygritte, could become a “PlayStation icon of the future.”
